Missed Orders - Fact is, missed orders can occur. Maybe you created a new product offer you forgot to notify your fulfillment company of. Or maybe there was a hiccup with your shopping cart and it's didn't send out the new order notice. Technology isn't foolproof. That's why, if you think an order has been missed Ship Your Books will be happy to do a cross check of all orders over the last 30 days at no cost to see if anything has been missed.
Late Shipments - All orders received by Noon Eastern Standard Time are picked and shipped out that same business day.
Getting an Answer - You can actually talk to a real live person at Ship Your Books. No endless phone system loops here. We answer our phone with a real person between 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. And we strive to respond to all email inquiries within 1 business day.
Inventory Notifications - Just let us know the level at which you want to be notified that your inventory is running low and we'll alert you when that time comes.
Costs Keep Increasing - Ship Your Books has had only one price hike on its fulfillment costs in the last ten years. Of course, we can't control what the post office, FedEx or UPS charge but our negotiated rates with the carriers can save you up to 80% over what it would cost to ship something yourself.
Too Many Hidden Fees - No hidden surcharges or anything here. In fact, we put all our pricing right on the website for the world to see.
Packages Arriving Damaged - Your products are carefully packaged to minimize the chances of damage. Sometimes the carriers can be a bit rough so we use bubble packing for all books and ship boxes within boxes for larger orders to protect your books.
Can't Include Inserts - You can include up to two additional pieces of literature in any outgoing shipment for no additional fulfillment charge. You can supply the inserts or we can print them for you.
Wrong Products Sent - Every package going out the door gets a manual inspection to make sure the right product(s), the right quantity, the right shipping method and the right ship to address are all being followed.
